A sample careers page, as candidates see it: the open roles by department, each with where, the type and the pay, and a page with its own application form.

What hiring here does.

A careers page that is yours

Your open roles by department, each with where, the type and the pay, and a page with its own application form. Each job carries the data Google’s job search reads, the page fits in a frame on your own site, and candidates can follow a department for an email when a role opens.

Every candidate on one board

A board for each job, a column for each stage, moved by dragging or from the keyboard. A candidate’s page holds their answers and CV, every note, message and step, and every job they applied to.

Judged by the team, in words

Up to ten criteria for each job, each answered from Strong no to Strong yes, with an overall call. Colleagues’ scorecards stay hidden until yours is in, and an interviewer sees only the roles they are on.

Kind to candidates, careful with their data

From Starter, email from templates with their first name filled in, a rejection that waits for the next morning, and replies that land on their page. Every email carries a link to withdraw, and applications are deleted 12 months after you decide, or after the period you choose.

Underneath, a platform that is yours.

Your data, in its own database

Your site is a database file of its own, not rows in a table shared with everyone else. Download all of it, anytime, on every plan.

Undo a bad day

Restore your entire site to any moment in the last 30 days. Recent changes, to the second.

Your own domain

Put it on your domain with automatic SSL, from the Starter plan.

In your visitors’ language

Every word the platform draws, from buttons to error messages and emails, in 17 languages, right to left included.

An API for everything

Everything you can click is also an endpoint, with scoped keys and webhooks, on every plan.

Hosted and handled

We run the servers, the updates, and the backups. You publish.

Free to start, priced by site, not by headcount.

On the free plan: one seat, unlimited jobs and applications, your careers page, the board, scorecards, job alerts and the API, and each candidate gets an acknowledgement in our words. Starter gives three seats and your own domain, your own words in that acknowledgement, and email to candidates from their page.

Workable does more: posting to more than 200 job boards, self-scheduled interviews with calendar sync, a database of candidate profiles to source from, AI agents that source and screen, and HR tools beside the hiring. If you need those, it is worth its price.

Workable’s prices from workable.com/pricing, for a company of 1 to 20 employees, and its help pages on a careers page on your own domain and exporting candidate data, checked October 20, 2026, in US dollars.

Moving over

01

Write your open roles

There is no Workable importer. Copy each role’s title, department, place, pay and description by hand or through the API; the description is Markdown, and the CV field is on every new job’s form.

02

Point your careers link

Link Careers on your own site to your new page, put it on your domain with Starter, or show it in a frame on your site. Give a job’s form a hidden field and its link a source, ?source=linkedin, and each application says where it came from.

03

Finish open roles where they are

Candidates do not move over: a candidate applies here themselves. Close each role there once it is filled, and open the next one here.

Questions, answered.

Does it post my jobs to job boards?

No. Each job has its own page with the data Google’s job search reads, your open roles are a feed, and a job’s link can go anywhere you post. Give the job’s form a hidden field and its link a source, and each application says where it came from.

Does it schedule interviews or read CVs?

No. An interview is a stage, and you propose times in a message. Nothing reads or ranks a CV, and no AI judges a person: your team reads every application.

How is this different from Breezy?

Breezy’s free plan holds one open position at a time and keeps the candidates added in the last 30 days; its first paid plan, Startup, is $189 a month, or $157 billed yearly. Here the free plan holds every job and every application, and Starter is $19 a month. Breezy posts to more than 50 job boards, even on its free plan; this does not.

What happens to candidates’ data, and to mine if I leave?

Every email to a candidate carries a link to withdraw and delete their application, and applications are deleted 12 months after you decide, unless you choose 6, 24 or 36 months. Download everything anytime, the whole site as files, CVs included. If you close your site, you have 30 days to take everything with you.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Enter an address, your name and your email, and you are live on the free plan. We ask for payment only when you upgrade.

Post your first job.

Your careers page can be live before you have finished writing the role.
