Simplest1 provides a platform for creating and hosting web applications including blogs, knowledge bases, status pages, changelogs, applicant tracking systems, and other tools. Each application runs on its own isolated database.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your content. Your data is stored in an isolated database and you can export it at any time. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or upload.

  • Free plans are free forever with no credit card required.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simplest1 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
