Typeform does more: payments, calculators, rankings and hundreds of integrations. If you need those, it is worth its price.

Is it really unlimited?
Yes. No plan counts forms or submissions. What a plan sets is storage for the files people upload: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Pro.
How is this different from Tally?
Tally is unlimited on its free plan too, and it is a good product. Your own domain takes Tally Pro at $29 a month ($24 billed yearly); here it takes Starter at $19 a month.
How do you keep spam out?
Every form is guarded by a limit per network and Cloudflare Turnstile, a check most visitors never see. What still gets through, you mark as spam and it moves to its own folder.
Can I put a form on my own website?
Yes, on every plan. Turn on embedding, list the sites allowed to show it, and paste two lines. The frame grows and shrinks with the form.
Can I reply to the people who write in?
On every plan, Reply by email opens their address in your own mail program. Replying from the submission’s page, and a confirmation email in your own words, come with Starter.
What happens to my submissions if I leave?
Download everything anytime, as a CSV or the whole site as files. If you close your site, you have 30 days to take everything with you.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Enter an address, your name and your email, and you are live on the free plan. We ask for payment only when you upgrade.
